Day 01: Cochin

Arrive at Cochin (Kochi) airport met and get greeted and
assisted by our airport staff counter. Board the cab and
get escorted to Cochin hotel. This is again a land of
lavish legends and legacies. The towns of Ernakulam and
Kochi, the almost inseparable twins, brandish ancient
movements, places of historical significance and a number
of ancient temples. Get geared up and proceed for a local
tour of Cochin visit Chinese Fishing Nets, Chennamangalam,
houses the oldest synagogue in Kerala , Fort Kochi Fort
Kochi Beach , Bolghatty Island, Bolghatty Palace , Jewish
Synagogue, Santa Cruz Baslica , Willingdon Island , Pierce
Leslie Bungalow, Koder House, Delta Study, St. Francis
Church, the Cochin Club and many more. Evening free for
shopping and over night stay at hotel.
Day 02: Cochin – Kumarakom
Morning after breakfast at hotel drive to Kumarakom. This
is a popularly known bird sanctuary for migratory birds
situated on an island west of Kottayam. It is a much
sought after holiday destination for backwater experience.
The island is surrounded by Vembanad Lake and the land has
lots of streams and canals which provide and ideal tourist
experience, apart from being a fishing township. The
splash of water slapping softly on the bank provides a
soothing background score. Glimpse of the formation of
birds flapping in and out of the bird sanctuary can be
seen from any spot of the island. Check in the Hotel and
enjoy the overnight stay with good food and sleep.
Day 03: Kumarakom
Morning after breakfast at hotel get geared up for a local
tour of Kumarakom. Visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary,
Kumarakom back waters, House boat Jetty etc and enjoy the
overnight stay at house boat.
Day 04: Kumarakom (House boat) – Alleppey
Morning after breakfast board the deluxe house boat for a
24hrs Kerala back water cruise covering Kumarakom and
Alleppey back waters. Each houseboat is excellent and has
luxurious furnishing with exquisite flooring, hall and
valavara (canopy). With a sun deck, spacious living /
dining area, with attached toilets. Houseboat is usually
managed by a crew, comprising a cook, a guide and oarsman.
While aboard you can avail similar facilities as offered
in a star hotel. Enjoy exotic food in the boat and over
night stay at House boat.
Day 05: Alleppey

Morning after breakfast check out of the house boat and
reached Alleppey. Board the cab and check in the backwater
resort. Alleppey deserves to be called as the Venice of
the east, with its intricate network of canals, backwaters
and bridges. This commercial town built along the Vembanad
Lake combines the charms of network of backwaters and
bridges. Drifting through the backwaters of Alleppey on a
traditional Kettuvalam it is easy to forget the trials and
tribulations of modern life in crowded cities. Take rest
for the day and over night stay at resort.
Day 06: Alleppey
After Morning breakfast proceed for a local tour of
Alleppey. Visit the major attraction like Purakad,
Ambalappuzha, Aranmula, Mannarsala, Mullakkal Rajeswari
Temple, Sri Bhagavathy Temple, Sri Mahadeva Temple, Sri
Karthyayani Temple, Sri Nagaraja Temple, Gosalakrishna
Temple, Bhagavathy Temple, Sri Krishna Temple, St.
George’s Church, Krishnapuram Palace, Nehru Trophy Boat
Race and many more Evening return to the hotel and enjoy
the food and sleep.
Day 07: Alleppey – Cochin
Morning after breakfast at hotel get escorted to Cochin
airport to board your flight to onward destination.
